OPINION | How did I end up making ships in NavalArt?

I hope you're all doing well and ready to dive into the fascinating world of wargaming with me.

I made a website that was intended to share with you about my personal take on wargaming, drama, and podcast. However, I made some few posts about ships, well, personally customized warships that are digitally made from NavalArt. I guess, you might wonder how did I get to make ships and post them here. It all started with a simple curiosity and a passion for naval warfare.

Well, I ended up making some warships from some reasons. One, because I have seen videos on social media about a handful of gamers making ships, and giving walkthrough about how to do it, which hull to adjust, which guns should be placed. I was inspired that I even said to myself, "if these people can do these things, I can do it too." Two, making ships like these were like building and assembling scale model battleships, bought from hobby shops in Manila. And speaking of scale models, it wasn't just colorful, creative designs of cars from Tamiya, and you can get them into racing. I am a big fan of scale modeling, and I became fascinated by the model of the ships, the tanks, and the airplanes. I have always dreamed of buying and collecting battleships, destroyers, and all kinds of models, and share with everyone. The thrill of seeing a model come to life is something that I cherish deeply.

After watching walkthroughs and research about ship designs, I decided to find NavalArt, and I found it on Steam and bought it last June. I was expecting a discount, but it was worth not less than a thousand pesos. I installed it into my computer, and tried it out, and I made a first warship. Not sure if it's a cruiser or destroyer, of some sorts. I shared some, and I deleted some. There was one time I posted ships on Reddit, I got many upvotes, and feedbacks. The community's response was overwhelming, and it motivated me to keep creating and improving my designs.

So, I think it got me an idea of making more than a hundred warships. The possibilities are endless, and I can't wait to explore new designs and share my journey with all of you. Each ship I create tells a story, and I hope to inspire others to embark on their own creative adventures in the world of wargaming.
